Hi Richard,
Thanks for the reply. We are not running SAP Payroll, we are extracting time and master data and sending to ADP via an IDOC.

Hi - you don't say whether you are running Payroll or not or whether the retirees need to be seperated financially? If so, you may need new company codes, payroll areas too. And of course, if using payroll you may need schema changes. Plus if you have any interfaces that select data and do not do so based on some of the Enterprise Structure fields you mention, you may need to amend those interfaces so they explicitly do not extract your retiree population. And, one more thing, you may need new or amended user roles. Hope that helps. Richard

Is there anyting I need to do other than add personnel area, sub areas, employee groups, employee subgroups and action reasons to our existing structure? And copy the benefit area and modify it for retirees. Your input is appreciated. Thank you.
