Hi Mike
Without logging on to your server to perform extensive troubleshooting, we cannot really tell you what happened to your system.
So that's why you need to contact SAP Support, because they are able to do just that.

Hi,
I deal with SAP for a couple of months now and tell me please, works this software really secure? To be honest, I didnt change any parameters, only start some transport transactions line STMS and import some files. Then, ok, I close the GUI with Task Manager, because no response any more. However why so suddenly is it dead? You mean the hardware might be suddenly damaged?
