Hi David
Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition 32-bit supports 64GB RAM, but if /3GB option is activated only 16GB RAM is supported. That's what note 313347 says, anyway.

Hi Mauricio,
What version of Win2003 are you using unless you are using DataCenter then the OS can't use more than 3GB. Have you set the '/3GB' ?
Again the recommendation is to migrate to 64Bit OS as soon as possible.
