My bad, I forgot to mention, DI is now 32 bit
Downloading your suggested ver now

Hi,
You do not need the same version as the CI. The CI is running on 32Bit OS and the Dialog instance is on 64Bit.

Uninstalled j2sdk1.4.2_13 and installed j2re1.4.2_12 which is the same ver on the CI
and still getting same Error.
FYI i?ve set up an OSS message, but still no answer from SAP
