Hi Shashi,
The Profile SAP_EXPA is SAP_ALL with Cross-Client Customizing. Therefore you do not need to use Profile SAP_ALL.
However you must be aware that the Cross-client will impact all clients in the DEV system, and may impact current customising within the project.

Hi Sami,
I want to make new client same as it is present in prd, so copying SAP_EXPA
is enough or before this i have to copy sap_all also?
