[sap-log-sd] Text Re-determination not to be done when changing sol to party in Quotation

Dear Experts
we have a situation where we maintain a lengthy text details of our one time customer in header text of the customer. now when we make the sale order with refrence to the quotation , the system will not allow one time customer for order creation , hence we will have to provide a customer no. which is newly created after recieving the P.O from the customer.
the problrem is that when the user changes the Sold to party in order to make successfull refrencing of the quotation into the order, then it will redermine everything and we loose all the text in the header of the quotation . the system redetermines text determination along with other details.
is that a way to tell the system not redermine everything else except the text at the header level. so that we have the previous agreement texts maintained as per the quotation we provided to the customer before his approval.?
