[sap-log-sd] RFI and Invoice generating

Hi,
My question is realted software industry.
I want to know very easiest way for raising RFI and can we get the draft invoice with the help of RFI and before generating invoice.
Can we get multiple layout in invoice. Can we adjust spaces, fields before generating inovice as different different kind of demand from different customers.
Is it necessary to fill all fields like Internal Order, plant, storage location, project site etc if there are more than one material. Can't these fields are copy from one material to all other materials instead of filling maually.
