[sap-basis] SQ03 Message TypeX error

Hi, I am getting an error "ABAP runtime errors MESSAGE_TYPE_X" in one of our PROD clients when trying to create a user group(SQ03). I can use transaction SQ03, click on create and add a description and soon as i click on save i get the error. The same error on our Quality box, however in the Development box its working fine. I have 5 PROD clients and the 4 are working fine. I have been to one user and its working for him, no error. So i logged in onto his laptop with my details and i get the error. All our Basis team are getting the same error. I dont think it has anything to do with the SAP GUI or patches as theis users laptop it works with his userid but not with mines. We are using 710. Please help.
