hi,

SWIA is a workflow adinistrator transaction, and SWI5 is a workitems monitoring transaction...these and transaction SWWL are admin transactions and should never be assigned to business users for whatever reasons.

Is it OK if we assign these workflow admin transactions (SWWL, SWI5) to business users (supervisor/manager) or is it better to assign to the deveoper/production support team? What would be the standard/policy. These are workflow admin tcodes so the supervisor can add/remove users, access other users Inbox in case if the employee leaves the company or on vacation.
