I have participated in SAP Project in 2000. One single company in SAP. This copany own all the inventory, receivables and cost of sales.
Several sales organisation representing each country in Europe, , Germany, France, Italy , GB and so one.
One controlling area and one operating concern. Corporate policies on master data and chart of account. The commissionaire revenue percentage of sales which cover the overheads costs.
Reduced number of bank and shares services. One global logistic provider. Reporting through DWH
