Hi,
I am really confused with your question. MMBE is the stock overview report and it is not really related to restricting or not the use of the stock shown. If you are talking about not displaying the stock from other businesses (plants) this could be done through security using plant as security object.
The stock overview report (main screen and detail screens) can be configured in the IMG (transaction OMBG).
