Hi Colin from what you have said, you would have hired the empl first on 12.3.2010. Then changed the hiring date to 15.3.2010. If you had run both time eval & payroll, you would need to delete both these results in B2. Then you need to change the dates in the employee's payroll status IT 3 record as below: Payroll: Earliest payroll start date = the start date of the pay period corresponding to the correct hire date 15.3.2010. For example if the pay period is from 1st of each mth, then this date would be 1/3/2010. Master data change date: blank Bonus data change date: blank Time eval: Earliest PDC run date: Empl's start date (15.03.2010) PDC recalc date: 15.03.2010
