Hi SJ Re: cleanup of jobs/positions, it is a standard practice that a consultant does not take the responsibility to delete such data which is owned by the HR or Payroll department. Or you may change/delete based on specific instructions from them For jobs: you would need to list jobs that are not used at all and send the list the HR Mgt. Then based on their response, delete the jobs. Re: positions, if the position is not relevant any more, then it should be delimited. If it was never used, then it may be deleted. Hope this helps.
