Hello Tuhin,
Information about the SAP Solution Manager key are found in SAP Note
811923 - Generating the SAP Solution Manager key. But I am sure that you
know its content already.
I am not aware of any issue with respect to transports, but please do
let me know why you would feel this was an issue.

Dear SAP Guru,
I have installed my SAP Development system with a solman key with
different installation number. Now I have installed my SAP Quality and
Production with solman keys with actual installation number.
My question is, can I transport from Devlopment to Quality to
Production.
How SAP maintain this solman key.
