Hi David,
Any idea like how to locate the printer driver installed on local machine. The printers attached to local machine as a default printer are working fine. Printing word docs,pdf's aren't causing any issues. infact if user selects the LOCAL printer at SAP .it uses the default printer configured on users system for printing. I don't know why this LOCAL printer creating problems.
