Thank you so much for the replies. I have tried several steps since reading your post and here are the results.

1) I used trx UDM_BP and went to the Collection Profile tab to assign the specialist. I am not given the option to change it. I select the edit/change and nothing happens.

2) I ran the FDM_COLL_SEND01 and received an error message that the system only allows Direct Payers. I then removed the Direct Payer option and re-ran program. Some information for the BP appeared. Not sure that changing the Direct Payer is what I want to do.

3) I then ran the UDM_GENWL and still did not get my worklist. I am the only specialist configured in the system. I would expect all information to fall to me.

4) When I run trx UDM_BP and pull up the BP, on the left hand side of the page I select worklist at this point I am able to see the BP in question. So it is in my worklist, why does the information not show up when I run the UDM_Supervisor or UDM_GENWL?
