Hello,
How, it is not based on best value, least value or exclusion. It is based
on a certain % value of the condition record. I also thought of the
exclusion indicator in the rebate condition type. But the rebate is
determined during billing, and we also re-determine all pricing during
billing.

Why don't you use condition exclusion scenario?
