Hello,

If they have not met the sales target then there should not be any sales
volume, correct?

I have only found that in VBO2 there is a delete button, if there is sales
volume then SAP will not consider, if there is an accrual it will create a
credit memo request.

Kind Regards and Thanks

Waza
