Hi all,
To implement such type of vacation accrual rules, follow the steps given
below in writing PCR rules -
1. make a decision based on TT0903, total weekly working hours
2. Include ATT/ABS hours per company rules for each day of week
Example -
1. LOA hours are not be included in total weekly hours.
2. In your scenario total weekly working hours will be 32, if EE worked
only 8 hrs per day
3. since it is less that 37, vacation accrual will not be generated for
that pay period.
I hope it will help you to resolve the issue.
Let us know if you have any other difficulty to resolve it.
