Yeap. We are all really busy, and urgencies are to be solved by other means.
BTW, it's been a long time since I said that URGENT is an ugly word :)

Sadly (or happily) I too work for a living and am always under extreme time pressure. You should therefore hire a consultant and pay them as I would have to.

Neal, I couldn't agree more. Unfortunately I have very serious timing issues here.

I managed to do that. What I want is to 'unmanage' the button somehow but keep the functionality of its right side: items presented in a dropdown menu:
- Create >
- Attachment list
- Private note
- Send >
etc
etc
