What's the error message?

What's your SAP/OS/DB versions?

Is the Java system connected to an ABAP system?

Which roles are assigned to the J2EE_ADMIN user?

Which groups are the J2EE_ADMIN user a member of?

Hi,

while i am trying to create users with J2EE_ADMIN user ,showing error
that,error occured please conact your administrator. please help me how to
rectify this
