This is described in the SAProuter installation guide and in several SAP
notes.

Hi,
My saprouter is running with SNC. I have to manually run the saprouter
through command prompt with cmd *saprouter -r -S 3299 "... "*, sometimes
other users logoff the sncadm user and as a result the saprouter goes down.
How can I enable saprouter services to run even the cmd prompt screen is
closed. Also I set the env variable for saprouter but couldn't start the
saprouter from any location, I mean I have to go to the path of saprouter
and then start it from there, what could be the problem.
