Hi,



Did you try to log him off from SM04?

Check if a process is hanging in SM50 with his name. If so, try to kill the
process.

If this doesn't work, ask the user to log on and log off again.

Hi, Basis Experts

we are facing problem for one user which is already log off but in SM04
showing same user. when double click for that user it says " No session
available" (User already log-off)

kindly guide
