Dinesh,
Don't try ad hoc things w/o understanding the underlying consequences, at least in SAP.You are attempting something which is FM 101 lesson.
If you are not a FM consultant, it's not your work area to fix this.

Now I am trying to change the commitment item salesrevenue financial transaction from 30 to 40 its giving error fin.transaction can't be changes posting already happened.

What do you want to know that the error message does not
tell you? As far as I can see, the error message says it all.
