[sap-log-sd] Issue with sales returns credit memo

Dear All,
User has created return sales order with reference to original Invoice. In
the return sales order the values got copied from original invoice without
any difference. however, when we check the credit memo which has been
created with reference to returns delivery the Tax condition ZWST has the
latest condition record value.
Now, user is asking us to have the old value which is legally correct.
One thing i have seen in VF02 line item the service rendered date is credit
memo creation date, where as returns sales order service rendered date is
original invoice date. So, system is picking up the original invoice value
in returns order. And latest condition record value in credit memo.
Can someone tell me how to get the original invoice values in credit memo as
well.
Copy controls and V/06 control data 2 also fine.
Let me know if anybody has clue on this.
