[sap-log-mm] Standard Purchasing Organization - Conflict between STO and Consignment

We are working on the 2nd SAP rollout that will include consigned procurement. In our first rollout, we created a Standard Purchasing Org for intercompany STOs and assigned it to all our plants. Now we are testing GR for consignment PO and are receiving the error that the Info Record we created in is not the standard purchase org assigned to our plant. Is it required that STOs and Consignment be in the same Purchase Org (the one assigned to the plant) or are there other ways around this?
