[sap-basis] R3load.exe issue on SAPECC5.0 MS sql server. (DB) ERROR: db_connect rc = 256

Hello all,
i am trying to install ECC5.0 on windows server 2003R2 sp2. but i have the trouble at database load, and the sap000.log as :
