[sap-basis] 401 unauthorized.

Hi When we go to solution_manager or solar01 & try to check any graphic button.
We get the following error
Logon performed for client 100, user CONTENTSERV, and language EN.
HTTP 401 - Unauthorized
Your SAP Internet Communication Framework Team
Did checked the user contentserv look like this is a service user.It has all the profiles though .
This used to work before not sure who did the changes though we are facing this issue now
If anyone faced this issue please revert back .Thankyou
