Hello Dirk,
do you have the CUA Import Job running?
Check for any errors and correct via transaction code SCUL. normaly if a system is connected to CUA it is called and synchronises back to the leading system via RFC's.
You can do it whith a transport too.
You can make a clientcopy of the the "user" only.
