Hi Warren and Prakash,

As a matter of fact, I did misunderstood the scenario as in case of cross-company stock transfer, it is the purchase order (with standard document type NB) is raised instead stock transport order (STO) which is only for intra-company stock transfer. Since it is the standard purchase order, GR will be valuated in accordance with the PO net price.

Getting back to your scenario, did you make any pricing condition re-determination in the PO after your info record price change?. I was surprised that the system will automatically update your PO net price upon info record price change as this is not a standard functionality to my best knowledge and experiences. Did you make assign any routine to your PB00 condition type in M/08 which always check the last effective price of the info record document?. Anyhow, what you should do is to check in ''Price date category'' field of the info record and if it is set as ''5'' (GR date), then you should change it.

Cheers,
HT

Subject: PO Price Update before posting GR

> Hi, Before doing a goods receipt against an outbound delivery, I need to update the price on the purchase order, to the price as on the date of goods issue from info record, today I do this manually. Is there a way to automate this process when I do a PGI. Regards Prakash.G
