Hi Dave,
Due to technical restriction of this forum, it is completely difficult to understand the root cause of the problem without actually seeing the screen shots (and I am pretty sure SAP would do exactly the same when you log an OSS message for their investigation). Unless you can tell me (and others) how to upload the related screen shots in this forum, then I don't really think we can find the solution without taking it offline.
