Hi GT,
Yes, it is of standard functionality of SAP that the planned delivery time in info record document is not taken into account during manual creation of either PR or PO (with or without reference to PR). However, SAP does provide the standard feature to consider the planned delivery time during MRP run to generate PR if the setting in OMI8 transaction is made for your related plant and the info record vendor is maintained in the source list with ''1'' MRP-relevant indicator.
