Hi,
In the IMG section for Absence Counting (new) you can define Rounding Rules and Deduction Rules. These are then linked to the Counting Rules which in turn are linked to the absence types. In your example, the Deduction Rule must deduct from the 'XX' Wedding quota. Your Rounding rule defines how many days to deduct from the quota based upon the number of days entered in the absence. If you want to prevent the quota from being used more than once, then no matter if they enter 1 or 5 days in the Wedding absence, you need all of the quota to be used up. So, create a new Rounding Rule that rounds up the number of days to be used to the maximum, when anything between 1 day and the maximum days allowed are entered in the absence. Help.sap.com is very useful in outlining what needs to be in each field, as well as pressing F1 in each field when configuring the table.
I hope that this clarifies it for you.
Regards,
Juliet
