We have done this very sucessfully and it work well to our AD stack with SSO to the SAP EP
Citrix have published a doc
"Application Template
Deployment Guide
SAP Enterprise SOA
Portal and Web Services"
I have the PDF that we used - unfortunately I dont have the link.
You may want to rethink the user browser idea.
Publish IE on the Citrix farm to users as a published app without the option to have the address bar visible. This will limit users to the portal only and also optimze all client side processing on the cirtix farm. Hopefully the farm and the SAP infratrcuture are seen as being close on the network.
Users now have a long VCM link to the browser on the farm and bandwidth is copressed secured and optimised by Cirtix.
Hope this helps.

> We have an EP7 system which runs on a local IE browser on each user's desktop. We use single-sign-on using kerberos so that the netwrok user-id is mapped to SAP user-id. We want to lauch SAPGUI-for-windows connections to our ECC applications (and use SSO across this link), but we want the SAPGUI to be installed and run on a Citrix server (rather than installing SAPGUI on many devices). Can anyone assist by outlining the way that the logon credentials are passed from the front-end browser session to the Citrix SAPGUI session?
