Hello Rex,
The general information and setup of IT Performance Reporting is
described in help.sap.com, as you of course know.
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_sm40/helpdata/en/47/6595864609500de10000000a
421937/frameset.htm
I personally had some trouble when configuring IT Performance Reporting
which I could resolve by following some (additional) steps (content in
the BW client is not active). I am sure you overcame these issues
already (should you encountered them at all, but I want to mention them
for completeness sake).
The user which is maintained in RFC destination BI_CLNT<Client_Number>
(User SMD_BI_RFC) needs authorization objects S_RO_OSOA and S_RS_ISET to
execute the BI content activation (assign roles SAP_BW_CCMS_SETUP,
SAP_PI_CCMS_SETUP). I also had to implement SAP Note 1330447.
Moreover, I recently found SAP Note 1223266, which summarizes known
issues and further SAP Notes you might have to implement to overcome
those. Please have a look at the Notes referenced in this central SAP
Note. I hope that after the implementation given in SAP Note 1223266 the
IT Performance Reporting will work for you.
Please let us know if not. Thank you and with best regards.
Robin

Hello Gurus,
We are implementing IT performance reporting in solma 7.01. in the
browser the reporting listing is missing and there is a message for a
report to be choosen. Any ideal what next to do? Thanks for the
anticipated understanding....Rex
