Wei,
T510 refers to a table where basic salary is determined from the PS group
and level, the employee belongs to. In this case, basic salary is indirectly
valuated. You enter the employee's group and level, the basic salary will be
determined according to the config in T510 table.
T710 basically stores the salary range for a particular PS group and level.
here you enter PS group, level as well as basic salary amount. It is not
indirectly evaluated. The system checks the entered basic salary with the
range (min and max) specified in T710. If it specified salary does not fall
within the range, you cannot save the entry in IT0008 unless it is fixed.
