My case is I have only one plant on the PO but the Message Output is still not determined

Hi John,
If there is only one line item in the PO, then the message type output will be determined properly without any problem. However, if multiple line item PO with different plants is created, then SAP will pick up the message type whose condition record is maintained with BLANK plant location.
Let me know again if this is the case in your system.
