[sap-security] How to upgrade from 5.2 to Access Control 5.3 without lose Application Log data?

Hi all, (first, sorry for the english)
Well, we are upgrading Access Control to 5.3 but want to keep data in Application Log, like role added, approvals, user change log...
In SAP manuals, we must perform an uninstall and then, install 5.3. All initial data has been exported properly and works fine.. but.. how cold we do with Application Log?
