[sap-hr] Amounts entered in Form 12 A

Dear Consultants,
I am SAP HR Consultant. Please refer to form no 12A, Column 2 (Wages on which contributions are payable) - Row 1 (EPF A/c No 01).
Following is the scenario :
Employee's Basic / Employee Cont Basis / Employee Contribution / Employer Cont Basis / Employer Cont
10000 / 10000 / 1200 / 6500 / 780.
May I know which amount should be printed in above said cell in Form 12A ? I & my client wish it to be 10000 but SAP standard for prints it as 6500. When referred to SAP. they asked for legal documents to justify my claim.
