[sap-basis] EWA : File system Response Times

Dear All,
When I generate my EWA report, I saw one alert which is called "File system Response Times" and this alert tells that the file system read response time do not meet the standard requirements...who should I check with? the System Admistrator (hardware) ?
I just wonder, in SAP Level, where / which tocde we shall used to see the "File system Response Times"?
I've tried with ST06 -> Detail Analysis Menu -> Disk, The Resp Time are N/A...... Do you mind to advise me on this?
