[sap-acct] Error wil clearing purchase order using MRll

Hi All,
While clearing Purchase order using MR11 we are getting following error: Account requires an assignment to a co object message no ki 235. i check out inthe table TKA3P there are some assignments.But if i see Profit center document there is one profit center. with this profit center there is no assignment. is it mandatory to do OKB9 setting with this profit center. please some one let me know.
