[sap-acct] CAPEX Order settlement to AUC

Folks,
We are trying to settle Capital Orders to AUC. When we run the settlement, we are getting the below error:
First settle items from previous year in previous year 2009: 100402169/001
Message no. AW624
Diagnosis
You have not yet settled all line items of the investment measure in the previous year. Line item 100402169/001 is to be settled. It was posted in fiscal year 2009, but was not settled during periodic settlement in the same fiscal year.
System Response
Settlement is rejected.
Procedure
First perform a complete periodic settlement for the previous year.
2009 is closed in our system, any solution to run this settlement in 2010 without any errors. Please let me know.
