Hi,
The problem was that delivery date was not chosen as part of your release strategy structure and therefore, any change in the delivery date does not result in any release strategy reset. Secondly, there is not any linkage between PR release strategy and PO release strategy as they are using two different transactions (ME55/ME54N for PR and ME28/ME29N for PO).
