Hello,
During PO creation or in change mode, go to messages page. Now from Menu,
Choose "Goto" > "Determin. Analysis"..
Here some basic reason why the message "ZNEU" is not proposed can be
understood...Otherwise your description of the configurations looks
reasonable..
I would change your copy of NEU..say ZNEU to partner "VENDOR 2" to print and
see if this is proposed and if the problem is some EDI config and not
message determination customizing. If ZNEU with medium print or email works,
then I would look into EDI settings. Hope this helps.
