it will depend in a lot of things !
but since it is only 1 version jump, as long as no unicode conversion,
the downtime will be less than 24 hours (depend on DB size and your
machine too)
most of the time the bottleneck is in IO unless you are using SSD
if there is not much enhancement in system, the project (technical
upgrade only) should be able to be finished in 3-4 months (also depend
how productive is your user doing UAT)
OS Disk not much additional disk space is needed
but you need at least 10-15 Gb to be safe for upgrade logs in \usr\sap
folder
additional database disk space will depend on your database size also.
