What Roy said was that there are certain countries (Italy, Turkey and SLovakia) that require hard year end closure-actual posting. SAP standard f.16 does not do these. SAP has provided this special program RFSUMB00 for that purpose. F.16 only calculates the net operating profit to the retained earnings account and transfers the balance to a period 0. For these other countries, to actually do postings in the opening period required by law you then have to run the above program.

To Roy Brookes,
Can you explain specificly "end of the year special program" you mean? how do we create these programs? Because in our company, to get an actual posting document FI for B/S Ret Earn. is required. I'm waiting for your reply. Thx a lot before.
