OKB9 you can connect a default internal order to a gl account

hello all,
is it possible to connect the internal order from the start of SO creation?
our client has a budget on the discounts, promos etc given to the customers and they to monitor it, thru internal order.
and the ads and promo accounts are set up with internal order required, if theres a way to connect the Internal order in SO, how can we connect the corresponding gl account expense releated?
