[sap-acct] Lockbox Check Status says Applied but the AR document is only Posted on Account

The transaction FEBA_LOCKBOX (FLB1) shows the check status of "Applied" (both GL and AR documents were generated. However, the AR document was not really "applied", it was simply posted on the account and did not clear the corresponding open items.
For some reason, it shows the status of "Applied" instead of the "On-Account".
Has anyone encountered this issue before? Appreciate any help. Thanks.
