Thanks for replies. The query is quite adoptable not so big. Regarding memory, it is also as per sap recommended. We already tried with the Note #824554, increasing the parameter values but still after long time it ends up with same error. In St22 i could see the query is taking a hell lot of time and ends up there. But the query is quite small but occupying all the sap work area. We got struck here.
