I found an OSS note 944147. I need to check if it will work.
Thank you for your suggestion.

> When you add an Enhancement Implementation, the system should input 2 lines: the first line begins with the word "ENHANCEMENT" and the last line begins with the word "ENDENHANCEMENT". Then there is room for your coding in between. The message "Position the cursor on an ENHANCEMENT statement" means that you should place your curse on the first line...the one that begins with the word "ENHANCEMENT", then right-click to see your options, i.e., Create, Change, Undo, etc. (Assuming you are in Enhancement-mode, i.e., have pressed the spiral button). If you do that, but it still does not work, it sounds like there is a OSS-worthy bug. I don't know of the OSS Note that fixes the issue you describe, but we ran across other similar glitches in working with enhancements.
